He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not

Last week spring decided it would show up in Indianapolis and since it has I've had a lot of opportunities to play in the beautiful weather. Sadie loves to be outside, in fact last week after this fun session she threw the only fit I've ever seen her throw because she DID NOT want to go inside and take a nap. I don't blame her, I wouldn't want to have to take a nap during one of the first days of spring, either. Say hello to spring.

I suppose this is what any girl would do when given a flower :o)

New Year, Fresh Start

Yesterday marked the last day of my beginning digital photography class in Indianapolis. I am glad I took the class even though I knew a majority of the information that was taught to us from previous years of black and white photography.

In two weeks I start the intermediate class and am looking forward to hopefully learning more. My goal is to really pick up the camera and take tons of pictures. I am going to try and post some of my favorite pictures each week, but we will see how that goes. I am a terrible internet user and my husband can attest to that.

I started with an engagement shot for Carolyn & Danny, unfortunately I hadn't learned my favorite tip from class at that point, so I'm not a fan of a lot of the pictures.

Last Friday, Sadie (Spencer's Brother) had a day-out with dad, so Spencer and I used the opportunity to have a photo shoot. He is so much fun and is always smiling, he's easy-peasy to be around!

I love how sweet and peaceful they both look in these photos.
